Common Causes of Back Pain

Spinal Discopathy (Protrutions/Herniations)

Abnormal loading of the disc as a result of abnormal spinal alignment causes nuclei pulposi to shift creating a concentrated focal pressure to eventually break down the annulus

fibers. Decrease motion of the spinal joints as a result of improper spinal alignment causes dehydrates and weakening of the spinal disc. This causes irritation to the nerves resulting in localized and radiating back pain

Abnormal Spinal Alignment

Back pain can be caused by a loss of the healthy normal curvatures in your back from the side view and the straight alignment from the front view. The curves function like shock absorbers and properly distributes the force that is being placed upon the spinal structures. When the spine not in proper alignment it put abnormal stress on the discs, muscle, ligaments. bones, fascia, and nerves resulting in inflammation of the nerves causing back pain.

Degeneration of Spinal

Years of abnormal posture and abnormal spinal alignment causes weakening and breakdown of the spinal structures joints, discs, muscles, fascia, and ligaments resulting in nerve roots becoming compressed or irritated resulting in back pain.
